ABrief Analysisof theMathematical Model of theDynamic Stiffness ofRubber Supports for Passenger Vehicle Chassis

Abstract:To accurately establishamathematical model of the dynamic stiffess of rubber supports for passenger car chassis,which isused fordynamic simulation,performancepredictionandoptimization,this study comparatively investigates thedynamic characteristicsof conventional rubber supportsand hydraulicrubbersupports,deducesand establishes their mathematical models,andanalyzes the diferencesin parameter characteristics of diferent typesof rubbersupports.Aconcise and intuitivecharacterizationmethod forthe dynamic stiffness modelisproposed inthe research:hydraulic rubbersupportsmainly exhibitthestiffness-damping (K-C)parallel characteristic,while conventional rubber supports mainly exhibit the stiffness-damping series characteristic.
