Abstract:In order to achieve the successul introduction of zirconium salt green process and ensure theanti-rust performance ofcold-rolled steel plateof the vehicle bodyis atthesame level orabove thatof the existing phosphating andelectrophoresisproceses,inthispaper,theapplicationof zirconiumsaltfilmpretreatment technologytothebody of automotive industry issystematicallystudied.Throughcomparative analysisof the body plateratioandanti-rust performance evaluation methods of representative models of mainstream automotive brands,Itreveals the advantages of theintroduced third-generation zirconiumsaltand thesupporting processinadapting totheprocessingof large proportionsofcold-rolled plates.Taking thed model,whichusesa large proportionofcold-rolled steel plates,asan example,through processverification mainly based oncyclic corrosion tests,ehicle body penetration and full disassembly inspection,aswellasempirical research on theroadrustdurability performance of theentirevehicle,a comprehensiverustpreventionsolutionincluding theimprovement of degreasingability,theim-provementof rust preventionability between processes,theimprovementof thepenetration powerof thematching electrophoretic materials,and the upgrading of zirconium salt pretreatment equipment was proposed.

汽车车身锈蚀直接影响车辆安全性与使用寿命,据中国消费品质量安全促进会公开信息,在全世界范围内,每年因腐蚀问题导致的损失为平均每辆汽车150~250美元(约合1069~1781元人民币)。(剩余7769字)
