基于烟草工业互联网的数字孪生工具集研究

摘要:文章针对传统生产制造过程中数据采集不全、设备运行状态难以实时监测、数据分析能力不足等问题,基于烟草工业互联网平台,提出了数字孪生工具集的构建方法,以实现设备实时监控、状态监测、故障预警、精准预测与故障诊断等功能。

Research on Digital Twin Toolset Based on Tobacco Industry Internet

Abstract: This article addresses the problems of incomplete data collection, difficulty in real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, and insufficient data analysis capabilities in traditional production and manufacturing processes. Based on the tobacco industry internet platform, a method for constructing a digital twin toolset is proposed to achieve functions such as real-time monitoring of equipment, status monitoring, fault warning, accurate prediction, and fault diagnosis.
