提升行业领导干部科技素养之浅谈

摘要：在向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的新征程中，各行各业人员需要不断提升科技素养。对此，行业领导干部要按照中央人才工作会议精神和要求，深入学习、领会要义，以逼近跃进姿态提升自己科技素养，在建设社会主义现代化强国的征程中能担当、有作为。

On Improving the Scientific and Technological Literacy of Industry Leaders

Abstract： In the new journey towards the second centenary goal， people from all walks of life can not do without the continuous improvement of scientific and technological literacy. In this regard， leading cadres in the industry should， in accordance with the spirit and requirements of the Central Talent Work Conference， study and understand the essence， improve their scientific and technological literacy with a posture of approaching the leap forward， and be able to take responsibility and make a difference in meeting the requirements of building a socialist modern power.
