浅谈准确解读权利要求，助力提升检索效率

摘要：文章从《审查指南》专利“保护范围”相关规定出发，结合图像通信领域特点，选取特定类型的方法权利要求和实际案例，针对准确解读方法权利要求的保护范围提升检索效率进行浅析。

On Accurately Interpreting Claims to Help Improve Retrieval Efficiency

Abstract： This paper starts from the relevant provisions of the "scope of protection" of the patent in the Guidelines for Examination， combines the characteristics of the image communication field， selects specific types of method claims and actual cases， and analyzes how to improve the retrieval efficiency by accurately interpreting the scope of protection of the method claims.

《专利审查指南（2019版）》（简称《审查指南》）第二部分第二章规定，权利要求和说明书是记载发明或者实用新型及其保护范围的法律文件，根据专利法第五十九条第一款的规定，发明或者实用新型专利权的保护范围以其权利要求的内容为准，说明书及附图可以用于解释权利要求的内容，即以权利要求的内容为准来确定专利权的保护范围。（剩余4373字）
