地面数字电视应急广播技术探讨与应用

摘要：地面数字电视因其维护方便、建设成本低、易于普及等特点，在应急广播建设中独具优势。文章介绍了国内外应急广播的发展现状，并对基于地面数字电视的应急广播应用技术进行了探讨。

Abstract： Digital terrestrial television has unique advantages in the construction of emergency broadcasting. This paper introduces the development status of emergency broadcasting at home and abroad， and discusses the application technology of emergency broadcasting based on terrestrial digital television.
