“数字钦州”促进城市升级 四大经验值得推广

摘要：文章在总结梳理广西钦州“一云、一网、一号、一门户、一中台、N应用”政务数据总体框架的基础上，初步实现了钦州市政务信息化建设的网络通、数据通、业务通;并进一步从数字基础设施、数字政府、数字经济、数字社会四个方面总结经验，形成广西政务数据“聚通用”工作实效和成果，值得各省市大数据工作推广。

Abstract： On the basis of summarizing and combing the overall framework of government data of "one cloud， one network， one number， one portal， one middle platform and N application" in Qinzhou， Guangxi， this paper preliminarily realizes the network communication， data communication and business communication of government information construction in Qinzhou; And further sum up the experience from the four aspects of digital infrastructure， digital government， digital economy and digital society， so as to form the effectiveness and achievements of the "aggregation and generalization" of Guangxi government data， which is worthy of the promotion of big data work in all provinces and cities.

1  数字基础设施建设日趋完善

1.1 “一云”：统一电子政务云平台

钦州市通过与华为公司合作，成功打造了130个机柜的全市统一的电子政务云平台，可提供不少于1 000台8核16G云主机，20 000 TB云存储及云安全等服务，县（区）不再单独建设政务云平台。（剩余4886字）
