西藏卫视高标清同播方案研究

摘要：高清化已成为我国省级电视台制播的主要方式，同时标清电视节目的卫星覆盖对边远地区仍具有现实意义，通过卫星高标清同播方式把西藏的电视节目传输到全国各地，推进生态文明建设，同时提升作为中华民族文化重要组成部分之一的西藏文化传播能力具有重要意义。

Research on High Standard Simultaneous Broadcasting Scheme of Tibet Satellite TV

Abstract： High definition has become the main mode of production and broadcasting of provincial TV stations in China. At the same time， the satellite coverage of standard definition TV programs is still of practical significance to remote areas. It is of great significance to transmit Tibetan TV programs to all parts of the country through satellite high-standard definition simulcast， promote the construction of ecological civilization， and improve the communication ability of Tibetan culture， which is an important part of Chinese culture.

（1）除满足国家广播电视总局对于电视卫星地球站技术系统配置的具体要求外，应采用具备可扩展性的设计，保留未来可扩展至4K传输的预留接口，并具备当前高清电视节目卫星传输的可靠性能。（剩余4570字）
