摘要：随着网络技术的不断发展，集成虚容器（VC）交叉功能的光传输网络（OTN）技术成为研究热点。文章结合运营商及客户业务发展特征，重点分析VC-OTN技术在建设高品质政企专网方面的优势，并在此基础上提出了具体的组网方案。

Abstract： with the continuous development of network technology， optical transmission network （OTN） technology integrating virtual container （VC） cross function has become a research hotspot. This paper analyzes the advantages of VC-OTN technology in building a high-quality government enterprise private network based on the business development characteristics of operators and customers， and puts forward a specific networking scheme on this basis.

同步数字体系（SDH）技术长期以来一直是信息传输网络采用的主流技术，但随着运营商综合IP的推进，国内一些主流设备供应商已逐步停止SDH网络相关服务[1]。（剩余3993字）
