基于红外扫描装置的转载机煤量监测技术研究

摘要:文章从红外扫描装置的原理进行分析,结合井下转载机煤量负荷计算的需求,对中煤装备研究研发的红外线煤量扫描装置进行分析研究,重点针对该设备的基本原理、计算方法进行分析,结合对中煤华晋集团王家岭煤矿的转载机煤量扫描装置井下实际使用情况进行全方面介绍。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the principle of infrared scanning device, combined with the demand of coal load calculation of underground transfer machine, analyzes and studies the infrared coal scanning device researched and developed by China coal equipment, focuses on the basic principle and calculation method of the device, and introduces the actual underground use of the coal scanning device of transfer machine in Wangjialing coal mine of China Coal Huajin Group.
