Abstract： With the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of food safety， the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products has become a key link in ensuring public health. In recent years， food safety testing technology has played an important role in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products. This article explores the application and importance of food safety detection technology in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products， in order to provide reference for the agricultural industry and food safety field.
