Multiple Pathways of New Quality Productive Forces Empowering Digital Rural Construction： ADynamic QCA Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Data

Abstract：This essyemploys the dynamic QCA method toanalyze thelogical mechanism through which thethreedimensionalframework of newqualityproductive forces—"new technological conditions，newresource allocation，and new industrial ecology"—impacts digital ruralconstruction，basedon panel data from 3O provinces spanning 2011 to 2023.The findings reveal thatachieving high-level digital rural construction requires synergisticempowerment from multipledimensions.Threeconditionalconfigurationsareidentifiedaspivotal forempowering high-leveldigitalrural construction："resourcealocationcoordination-dominated"，"technology-resourcesynergisticempowerment"，and "technology-resource-industrymultidimensionallinkage".Thedevelopmentof inovative technologiesandnewresource allocation plays acritical roleacross these diverse pathways.Theconclusions provide valuable insights into the multidimensional empowerment ofdigital rural construction bynew quality productive forces.
