轨道站点地区居民出行方式结构差异及影响因素
——基于手机信令数据的武汉实证

AbstractTheeffectsandmechanismsofurbanrailtansitdevelopmentonpromotingresidents'activetravelbehaviorsremainunclear Based onmobile phonesignalingdata,this studyanalyzes the spatial diferences in travelmodestructureand influencing factors ofmode share rates in Wuhan'srail station areas,proposing planning strategies.The main findings areas follows. First,conventionalbusandrail transit mode shares in Wuhan's station areas exhibitacompetitive relationship with nonmotorized transport (NMT)shares,whiledemonstratingsynergistic trends betweenrailandbusmodes.Together,theyform thecoreof public transportation dominance,whereas spatialvariation inprivatecarusageremains statistically insignificant. Second,networkcentralitymetricsofailttionssignificantlypromotepublictransportadoptionandreducecadepedency. Built environment characteristics differentiallyinfluence NMTandrail transit shares,whilecarusage primarilycorrelates with socioeconomic atributes.Third,through hierarchical clusteringanalysisbasedon travelmode structureand key influencing factors,three major categories with eightsubtypes ofstations are identified.To enhance the traffcregulation effect of rail transit, targeted TOD planning strategies should be implemented.
