Abstract Withooicvelopnt,Ceeocietdtadallterteseoietyosurltureisally becoming oneofthe mainstreamcultural forms in China.Shanghai asthefirsttocarryoutthecultivationandconstruction of nternational consumption centers,itis foreseeable that moreand more cultural consumption spaces intertwined with globalizationandlocalization factors willbeshaped.Basedontheconsumer cultureanalysis perspectiveand theanalysisof the evolutionproessand spatialcharacteristicsoftheKorean Streeton HongquanRoadofMinhangDistrict in Shanghai,this paper tentatively puts forward suggestions fortherationalcreationof transnational culturalconsumption spaces,including inovatingcommunitygovernancemechanism,creatingcommunitypublicspaces,andbuildingculturespaces,topromote the construction of China's global cities.
