——以南京市悦动·新门西产业园为例

AbstractUrbansilconallyscarytheualtassofupdatigbuilt-upareasandcusterigiovatieindustres，takingspatialewal innovativeeconomyanddversifedco-goveranceastetheepilarsofdvelopment.BasedonWeber'steoryandtaking Nanjing Yuedong Xinmenxi Industrial Park as an example，the formation and evolution process of urban silicon alleys are interpretedtoexplorediversifieddevelopmentefectsandthedrivingrelationshipbetweenrenewalandinnovation.Research hasshownthat：（1）thephysical spaceof siliconaleys isagatheringcarrierof innovationactivities，andtheprofitability ofthe innovation economyand the synergy of diversified govermance drive the sustainable renewal of urban space.（2）The bidirectionaldriveof innovationandrenewal intheevolutionof siliconaleys hasbeenmanifested which promotes the multidimensional development of urban spaceand governance. （3）Urban silicon allys underthedual missionrequire the transformation of governance roles and thecomplementarityof government and enterpriseforces，forming acomposite path that takes into account the innovation ecosystem and the sharing of regional interests.
