上海郊区轨道交通对城市空间结构演变影响研究

AbstractFromthetwodimensionsofjobs-housingspatial structureandrereation-housingspatial tructure，this paperexplores the infuenceofShanghai suburbanrailtransitontheevolutionofurban spatialstructure between2Olland2021.Basedonthe jobs-housing linkagesandrecreation-housinglinkagesbothidentifedbymobilesignalingdata，wecaleulatethefunctional polycentricityindicatorsandchangesofcoespondinglinkages inthe surroundingareasofsuburbanrail stations，toanalyze theeffect of suburbanrail transiton the evolution ofurban functional polycentricity.Then wecompare thechanges in the service scopeandservicescaleofeachemploymentandpublicactivitycenter to explain theroleofsuburbanrail transit inthe evolutionofthecentersystem.Itisfoundthat，inthejobs-housingspatialstructure，thesuburbarailtransitinanghihas comprehensivelystrengthenedthefunctionalmonocentricityplayedasignificantroleinthepolarizeddevelopmentofjobshousinglinkages，andchangedtheemploymentcentersysteminbothservicescaleandservicescope.Whilein therecreationhousing spatial structure，te suburbanrail tansithas partiallpromotedthedevelopmentoffunctionalpolycentricity.Instead of directlyleadingtothedecentralizationofrecreation-housing linkages，itonlyplaysaroleinexpanding theservicescope inthesuburbs forthe publicactivitycenters.Suburbanrailtransit hasbroughtcompletelydiferent effctsonjobs-housing spatialstructureandrecreation-housingspatial structure.Inorder toachieve Shanghai'splanninggoalofurbanpolycentricity it is necessary torecognize the influenceof suburbanrail transit onthe urbanspatial structure fromtwodimensions and formulate planning strategies by classification.
