Relationship between neutrophil count，D-dimer indexand deep vein thrombosis in postoperative patients

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between neutrophil count，D-dimer（D-D） index and the occurrenceof deep vein thrombosis（DVT） inpatients afterneurosurgery.MethodsInthis study，116 patients who received neurosurgery in Jiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2O21 to January 2O24 were selected for retrospectiveanalysis.The occurrence of DVT after neurosurgery was analyzed，and the levelsof coagulation related indexes and blood routine related indexes of patients in the occurrence group and the nonoccurrence group were detected and compared. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of postoperative DVT.ResultsThere were25 cases in DVT group and 91 cases in non-DVT group after neurosurgery.The level of neutrophil count index in DVT group was higher than that in non-DVT group， while the level of hemoglobin index was lower than that in non-DVT group （t=5.204，-2.254，all P<0.05 ）. The D-D and FIB indexes in DVT group were higher than those in non-DVT group （all P<0.05 ）.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative neutrophilcount [OR（95%CI）=6.653（3.623，12.214），P<0.05]and D-D index [OR（95%CI）=1.131（1.027，1 .245），P<0.O5]level increased as risk factors for DVTafter neuro - surgery. ConclusionNeutrophil count and D-D index are closely related to the occurrence of DVT after neurosurgery.
