【Abstract】 Gout is an autoinflammatory disease caused by the deposition of monosodium urate crystals in tisues and joints.It isoneof thecommon typesof inflammatory arthritis.The incidence rateof gout has increased yearbyyear，becoming oneof the diseases endangering public health.Although gout is a metabolic disease，various immunecellsalsoplayimportantrolesinitspathogenesis.Thisarticlereviews thecontributionsofdiffrentimmune cell to goutdevelopment，explorestheunderlying inflammatory mechanisms，and providesatheoretical basis forthe development of new drugs.
