Abstract: Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to analyze the leaching paterns of heavy metal elementssuchas As,Pb,and Cdin18 teasamples from diferent regions and varieties underdierent soaking times,temperatures,and times in tea soup.The experimental results showed that the leaching rate of heavy metal elements decreased with the increase of tea soaking times,and the leaching rate of the second andthird soaking solutions was significantly lower than that of the first soaking solution; The leaching rate of heavy metal elements increases with the increase of soaking temperature, reaching its highest at 100∘C ; The leaching rate of heavy metal elements increases with the increase of tea soaking time,and the trend ofleaching rate reaches its highest at 30 minutes.The content of heavy metal elements in the tea leaves participating inthe testing mets the standard requirements of GB 2762—2022,and poses less threat to human health.
