Abstract： Blending isone of the most important technologies intherefinementof tea.Inrecent years，with the riseof newteadrinksandthelarge-scaledevelopmentoftheindustry，digitalandintellgent blending technologyand its industrial intellgent application system have gradually become current research hotspots.The rapid developmentof artificial intelligence provides technical support for innovative blending methods.This paper summarized the characteristics andlimitationsoftraditional blending technology，reviewedthecurrentresearch status ofdigital teablending technologyand itsintelligent applicationsystems，andmade recommendations foroptimization，withthe aimofprovidng a usefulreference forthe studyandapplicationoftea blending technology inthecontextof the industry'srapid growth.
