基于农业高质量发展视域的乡村三产有效融合实现路径与对策分析

Abstract：【Objective/Meaning】Promoting thehigh-qualityintegrateddevelopmentofthethreeindustriesisanimportant measuretoimplementthestrategyofcomprehensiveruralrevitalization，andalsoaneffectiveinititiveinline withthe“holistic agricultural developmentperspective”.Itmedtexploreowtoefetivelypromotetheintegratioofruralprimaryscondary andtertiary industriesunderthebackgroundofhighqualtyagrculturaldevelopment，inordertoprovidethetheoreticalefernce andpracticalgdanceforimproingteveallompetitivenessofruralindustriesuldinganwpateofurbanuralintetion anddevelopment，and promotingthefarmers’income growthand prosperity.【Methods/Procedures】Through themethodsoffield research incombinationwithliteraturereview，theintemallogicalrelationshipbetweenthehigh-qualityagriculturaldevelopment andtheintegrationofualtreeindustrsassystematiallysortdout.Ten，tepracticalfultiesadbotlenecksacdbythe current integrationofruralthreeindustrieswereanalyzed，andonthisbasis，therealizationpathandsomedevelopment countereasures forthe integrationofrural treeindustries wereput forward.【Results/Conclusions】Theresults showed thatin ordertoachievethehigh-levelandhigh-qualitygreendevelopmenttransformation，itwasnecessarytoestablishamodem agriculturalproductionconceptwithglobalthinking，givefullplaytotheadvantagesofurban-ruralintegrationandefectively reflectthevalueof diversifiedutilization.The practical dilemmaofrural three-industryintegration was mainlymanifested nthe lackofin-depthintegrationlevelandimperfectainbodydevelopment，whichhinderedthein-dpthdevelopmentofrateeindustryintegrationThemainconstraintswerereflectedinthethreeaspects：factorsupply，linkskillsandinterestlinkage mechanism.Accordingly，thedevelopmentcountermeasureswereputforward，includingcreatingacounty-levelcharacteristic agriculturaldevelopmentclusteraccordingtotelocalcondiionsstrengtheningthesupportsystemfortheintegrationofthethee industries，forminga development pattr withcomplementaryadvantages of multifactorlinkage，focusing on the mehanism inovationandthetrainingofruralentrepreneurialtalents，andestablshingamulti-dustryintegrationframeworkwithfarersas thecore，thus toprovidethedecision-makingreferenceforstrengtheningtheitegrationdevelopmentofruralthreeindustriesand the construction of modern agriculture and rural areas.
