Abstract：【Objective/Meaning】Withthesupportofthegovemment，theindustrisofprepareddishesinFujianProvince have madefulluseoftheadvantagesofinfrastructureandlocation.FujianProvincehasestablishedacomprehensiveindustralsstemfor theprepareddishes，positioningitselfatteforefrontnationall.ThismakesFujananexemplarycaseforstudyingthedevelopent andevolutionoftheprepareddishesindustries.Inthispaper，thespatialdistributionpatemandformationmechanismof the prepareddishesindustriesinFujianProvincewersystematicallnaled，iodertoprovideefereceforoptimiingtegioal industriallayoutand promoting therevitalizationofruralindustries.【Methods/Procedures】Thenumberofenterprises was used asanindicatorofindustrialscaleofprepareddishes，andthespatialanalsisandstatisticalmethodswerecomprehensivelyusedto revealthe spatialmorphologyandcausesofthe prepareddishesindustries inFujanProvince.【Results/Conclusions】Theresults showed that：（1）TheindustriesofprepareddishesinFujianProvicehaveformedthedistinctspatialpattemcharacterizedbythe coastalbelt-likeagglomeration，inlandpoint-likeaggregationandanelongateddistributionalongthenortheast-southestais. （2）Onthe whole，the industriesof prepareddishes inFujian Province presentedadevelopment patern dominatedbythelarge enterprises，with SouthernFujianservingastheabsoluteaglomerationarea.（3）TheanalysisofOLS （OrdinaryLeastSquares） modelandGWR（GeographicallyWeightedRegresion）modelshowedthatthelogisticsinfrastructure，industrialfoudations， foreigntrade，andrawmaterialoutputhadsignificantpositivedrivingefectsontheindustrysaleofprepareddishes，amongwhich theindustrialfoundationshadthemostsignificantimpact.Converselytheeconomicdevelopmentlevelandlaborforceconditions showedsignificantlynegativeefects，particularlytheregional economicdevelopmentlevelFurthermore，theimpactsof these

factors demonstrated pronounced spatial heterogeneity.
