数字素养对农村居民家庭消费升级的影响

Abstract:【Objective/Meaning】The purpose of this paper was to explore the influence mechanism ofdigital literacy on the consumptionupgradingofruralhouseholds,andtoprovidereferenceforthereleaseofruralconsumptionpotentialundertherural revitalization strategy.Methods/Procedures】Based on the theoryofempowerment,the index systemof digital iteracy was constructedin this paper.Then,basedothedataofChina HouseholdFinance Surveyin2Ol9,theempiricalanalysis method was usedto vrifythe path of digital literacyon theconsumption upgrading ofrural households.【Results/Conclusions】The study foundthat digitalliteracyhadsignificant positiveimpactonpromoting theconsumptionupgradingofrural households,mainly throughthetwopaths:improvingtheeficiencyofInteretuseand promoting theaccumulationofsocialcapital.Inadition,the promotioneffectofdigitalliteracyshoweddiferencesinthethreedimensions:age,regionandculturallevel.Amongthevarious dimensionsofdigitalliteracy,theuseofdigitalfinance hadthemostsignificantimpactontheconsumptionupgradingofrural households. Based on these fidings,it was recommendedtofocus onthe digitalempowermentbystrengthening theconstructionof digitalinfrastuctrefetigteocialvicestemdiproigtigitallieacyofalsients,sstootete consumptionupgradingof rural households.
