Abstract Large language models represented by ChatGPT have promoted the formation of anew paradigm of artificial intelligence，whilealsoarousingpeoplesfearsandconcernsabout artificial inteligence-centered informationprocessing，andthereisagrowingoutcryregarding ethicalissues arsingfromartificial intelligence.Firstly，this papersystematicallysortsoutrelevantliteratureonartificial intellgenceethicsandconductsanintegratedreviewofl15oficiallyreleasedartificialintellgenceguidelinesworldwide，analyzing theconnotationofartificial intellgenceethics.Secondly， through data mining，itanalyzes the multiple stakeholders andtheir behaviors inartificial intellgence ethics，and defines theboundariesandframework elementsofartificial intellgenceethics.Finally，ombining theoryand practice，itconstructs a human-centered artificial inteligence ethical framework integrating design ethics and social ethics.
