A Data-Intelligence Empowered Framework for Smart Traditional Chinese Medicine InformationServices

Abstract Withthedeep integration of artificial inteligence technologyandthemodern medical system，aswellas interactiveinnovation，traditionalmedicineisacceleratingitstransitionintoanewphaseofdigitalizationandinteligence.Tarticlefirstdefines theconceptual esenceofintellgentTraditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）andconductsananalysisof the implementationmechanismsof digital intellgence technologies in typical scenariossuchasrational medicationreview， disease risk prediction，TCMdiagnosis and treatment decision-making，TCMknowledgeorganization，andTCMquality control.Itfurterdistilsfivecorecharacteristicsof intellgentTCMinformationsrvices （preventive，predictive，prsoalized，participatorydpcision）.ubseetlyroepespetieftinttrust，teticleplotetruturalation modeling method toreveal theimpact mechanisms of these five characteristics of intelligent TCM services on patient satisfaction.Finally，acomprehensive framework foradomain-wide intelligentTCMinformationservicesystemdrivenby digital intellgenceisconstructedfromfivedimensions： guding philosophy，knowledge window，technologywindowlication window，and policy window.
