Research on Dynamic Management and Intelligent Service System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge Based on 5P Medical Model

Abstract The sustained penetrationof digital technologies and inteligent applications isreshaping the modesof knowledge production and service provision in healthcare systems.Within this context，traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is encountering a structuraltransformation imperative in the domains ofchronic disease management and full-cycle health protection.Thispaperanchored inthepredictive，preventive，personalized，participatory，andprecision-rientedprinciples of the 5Pmedical model，takes the current landscapeofTCMknowledge resource digitizationand intelligentservice development as its analytical entry point. It systematically examines the practical challenges confronting TCM in the dynamic organization and inteligent management of knowledge，andfurther elucidates the underlying formation mechanisms across technological conditions， knowledge structures，and service scenarios. On this basis，a 5P- oriented framework for thedynamic managementand inteligentserviceofTCM knowledge is developed.Byintegrating multi-level knowledge aggregation，dynamic knowledge graph modeling，and human-machine collaborative fedback mechanisms， theframework enables the coordinated evolution of knowledgeorganization andservice provision，offering a structured pathway to support the standardization and sustainable development of intelligent TCM services.
