教育生态化视角下中小学校校长“以体树人”实践的组态路径研究

Abstract:Based on the theory of educational ecology,this studyconstructsananalytical framework of "resources一 institutions—technology"and adopts the method offuzzyset qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to conducta configuration analysis on40O cases selected from the fifth Tsai Chongxin "Principal Program of Cultivating People through Physical Education",systematically exploring thekey ecological elements and their combination paths that affct the efectivenessof primary and secondaryschool principals’practice of "cultivating people through physical education".The study finds that the practice efectivenessof "cultivating people through physical education" by school principals is theresultofthecordinated effctsofmultiple factors,including theecological levelof sports venues,the supply capacity of sports resources,the intensityof colaborative education among families,schols and communities,the innovation levelof physical educationcourses,the integration degreeof digital sports,and the leadershipof theprincipals in physical education.Among them,the innovation level of physicaleducation courses is the core necessary condition,while the supply capacityof physical education resources and the leadership of the principals in physical education are the key dynamic factors,thus forming four realization paths: resource-driven, technology-compensated,collborativesymbiotic,and principal-led.Based on this,the followingpractical inspirationsare proposed:principalsshould break through the"limiting factors"and buildan elasticresource ecosystem to enhance theeficiencyof resource utilization;clarifytheboundariesof theecologicalnicheand build a diferentiated institutional ecology to promote thein-depth integration of physical education curiculumreform and institutional innovation;strengthen the linkageof theecologicalchainand establish a long-term mechanism for collborative educationamong families,schoolsand communities;activatethe"active factors",deepen the integrationof the technological ecosystemand school physical education,and empower thepractice of "cultivating people through physical education" to advance in a deeper and more solid way.
