Abstract：Against thebackdropof comprehensiverural revitalization，empowering the high-qualitysupplyof rural public sportsservices withdigitaltechnologyisof greatsignificance foraddresingthedeficiencies inruralsportsand promoting theconstructionofasportspower.This studyemploys methodssuchasliteraturereviewandlogical analysis toexplore the theoreticallogic，obstructive factors，and development directions of digital technologyempowering thehigh-qualitysuply ofrural publicsportsservices.Thetheoreticallogicof digital technologyempowering high-qualitysupplyofrural public sports services isreflected in therefinementofsupplydecision-making，the ubiquityof supply processes，and the intelligence of supplymodes.The practical logic shows atransformationinservice supply from "bureaucratic dominance"to "collaborativegovernance"，from"developmentindicators"to"elementinteraction"，andfrom "instrumentalrationality" to"valuerationality".However，at present，there are hindering factorssuchas biases in technological cognition and insuficient digital literacyamongruralresidents，weakdigital infrastructureand limiteddevelopmentofsportsservice scenarios，incomplete institutional systemsand inadequateservicecapabilitiesof supplyentities，backwardtalent training modelsandasevere shortageofprofesional talentreserves，andtheurgentneedforimprovementof theguarantee system and the presenceofdatasecurityrisks.Basedon this，the following practical appoachesof digital technologyempowering thehigh-qualitysupplyof rural public sports servicesare proposed： promoting harmonious co-governance of people and technologyandenhancing thedigitalliteracyofruralresidents；improvingdigital infrastructureandacceleratingthe transformationand upgradingof sportsscenarios；improving theinstitutionalsupport systemandenhancingthe wilingness andabilityoftheentities toparticipate，optimizingthetalentcultivation modelandstrengtheningthereserveofcompound talents；strengthening thesupervisionandevaluationmechanismsandpromoting thequalityimprovementand eficiency enhancement of sports services.
