Abstract：This studyanalyzes the theoretical logic digitaleconomy empowering the integrated development cultural，sportsandtourismindustriesfromtheperspectivesdigitalnewinfrastructure，digital industrialization，and industrial digitization.Using panel data from 2012 to 2O21，a digital economyand cultural，sportsand tourism industry evaluation model is constructed，and a coupling coordination model and a two -- way fixed effects model are usedfor empirical testing and analysis.Theresults show thatthecomprehensive development level the cultural and sportstourism industry isontherise，butthedevelopment levelis nothigh.There isan industrydiference tourism industry>sportsindustry>cultural industry；Thecoupling and coordination degree thecultural，sportsand tourism industrycontinues todeepen，butitis stillinamoderate state imbalance，andthere areregional diffrencs in the level integration；Theregresionresults indicate thatthe digital economy can significantlyempower theintegrated developmentcultural，sportsand tourism industries，and thereisregional heterogeneityintheempowerment intensitybetween the central，western，andeastern regions.Basedonthis，itisproposed toaccelerate the construction digital infrastructureand consolidate the foundationforthe integrated development cultural，sports andtourism industries；promotethedevelopment digital industrializationandunleash thepotentialforintegrated development cultural，sportsand tourism industries；deepen the digital application industriesand enhance the efficiency integrated development cultural，sports and tourism industries.
