Abstract:Through the studyof theannealing processof2Osteel seamless tubesatdiferent temperatures,astable heattreatment process was obtained to achieve batch production in the workshop.The test results show that: Under the production process without quenching,the performance requirements of 2O steel seamless tubes can be guaranteed by controling the annealing processafter cold working deformation in the production process, meeting the requirements of grainsize grade >8 ,hardness 160~210HV ,tensile strength 540~660MPa ,yieldstrength ⩾500MPa ,elongation after fracture ⩾15% ,and water explosion pressure value ⩾120MPa ;Asthe annealing temperature of the finished seamless tube increases ortheholding time increases,the grainsize grade remains at8.5,the hardness gradually decreases,the tensile strengthandyieldstrengthalsograduallydecrease,andthe waterburstvaluegraduallydecreases;buttheelongatioafter fracture gradually increases; By testing diferent heating temperatures and holding times of the annealing process,the performance characteristics of the steel tubes were studied.The final annealing process is a heating temperature of 500°C (20 anda holdingtimeof 30 minutes.The hardnessand tensile strength are inthe middle range of therequirements,the yield strengthisabove 550MPa ,thewater explosion pressure valueis greater than 132MPa ,and the grainsize and elongation after fracture also fully meet the requirements.
