河北省科技创新平台与制造业高质量发展耦合协调评价研究

Abstract: The deep integration of science and technology innovation platforms with the manufacturing industry is an inevitable trend and an important pathway to promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. Taking the science and technology innovation platforms and manufacturing industry in Hebei Province as the research object,this study employed the entropy weight TOPSIS method,coupling coordination degree model,kernel density estimation method,and obstacle degree model to examine the coupling coordination degree of high-quality development of scientific and technological innovation platforms and manufacturing industry in Hebei Province from  2015 to 2023and its time-series evolution characteristics,and to reveal the main factors affecting the coupling coordination development. The results show that the comprehensive score of science and technology innovation platform and high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Hebei Procince fluctuates upward, with the manufacturing industry growth rate lagging behind, while the three types of science and technology innovation platform sexhibit distinct development characteristics;The coupling and coordination degree of high-quality development of science and technology innovation platforms and high-quality development of manufacturing industry goes through three stages, reaching its peak in 2O23,indicating advanced coordination,with the relationship between the two systems shifting from lagging of the platform to lagging of the manufacturing industry; The level of coupling coordination of the three types of platforms with the manufacturing industry is roughly the same as that of the overall level but exhibits internal differences,with the industrial technology research institute slightly leading ahead,and the internal difference diminishing over time;The R&D output,platform foundation,external services,and innovation capacity in the guideline level have greater constraints on the two-systems coupling coordination in Hebei Province.
