论高水平社会主义市场经济体制的制度优越性

Abstract： Building a high-level socialist market economy system is not only a practical need to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces and enhance the level of social productivity，but also an inevitable requirement for promoting the adaptation of production relations to the development of the new era. From a domestic perspective，the emergence logic of a high-level socialist market economy system was sorted out in the process of practical evolution. From an international perspective，the inherent limitations of the Western capitalist market economy，the traditional socialist planned economy of the Soviet Union，and the market socialist economy system in Eastern Europe were analyzed through institutional comparison. In theoretical interpretation，it is revealed that the superiority of a high-level socialist market economy system is rooted in the realization of four dialectical unifications： the unification of vitality and order through the temporal and spatial restoration of socialist capital， the unification of an active government and an effective market through the interaction of socialist politics and economy，the unification of domestic demand and external demand through the new dual-circulation development patern of socialism，and the unification of competition and cooperation among micro-subjects through the socialist ownership structure.These characteristics collectively constitute the theoretical core of the institutional superiority of a high-level socialist market economy system.
