Abstract：Chinanounceditsnewpeakcarbontargetandvisionforcarbonneutraityin2O2O.Thisproposalisdrivenbybothnteralnedsofachievingthegoalofsocialistmoderzation，andextealnedsofcontributingtoterealizationofthe“comunityof sharedhumandestiny.”.Carbonemissontradingmarket（carbonmarket）isanimportantpolicy.Inordertoformulatescientificcarbon emisionreductionpoliciesandmeasuresandesurethesmothperationofthecarbonmarket，localuthoriesustprovideeliabledatasupprt.Byorganizingverificationtrainingandelpingtoleadtewayitaimstonsurethecuracyadreliabilityoftheverifica tionresults，andmakepositivecontributionstopromotinggreenandlow-carbondevelopmentandrealizingthesustainabledevelpen.
