Abstract:Toimprovetheremovaleficiencyoffineparticulatematerfromcoal-firedpowerplantfluegas,theremovalrateoffne particulatematerfromfluegasaggregatedbysoundwavesunderdiferentparametersasanalyzedusingLE.Thedesignincludesacoal firedtheralexperimentaldeviceconsisingoffuegasoleafueozlefuegashatechangerndfuegssamplngesig nalgenerator,o,oeplfiendertialparametesarealssigedInteeperimentnALsdcoustl tionodelasabsddadongtattabsddelielyoaltlatea ternfluegas.Tereseahrsultsiicateatforfineparicuatematerifuegsidierentpaticlesizs,temoaletisst when the acoustic frequency is around 1400Hz .When the sound intensity is 150dB ,it is the optimal removal sound intensity.When the anglebetween the direction of sound wave transmission and the direction of smoke flow is 0∘ ,the removal effect is the best.

前言

在水泥窑炉内,高温高湿的烟气与各种易反应的化学组分作用下,化石燃料的燃烧会产生烟气细颗粒物( PM2.5 ),由于烟气组分复杂多样、粒径分布范围广、化学性质不稳定等因素,传统的除尘设备对此类颗粒物的脱除效果差,导致现有除尘设备难以满足排放标准要求[1]。(剩余4313字)
