马齿苋提取液与强脉冲光在豚鼠激素依赖性皮炎模型中的协同疗效及机制

Abstract:Toevaluatetheeficacydiffrencesofortulacaoleraceextract,intensepulsedlight,andtheircombinationin treating hormone-dependentdermatitis(HDD)inguineapigs,andtoexploretheirmechanismsofaction,thisstudyselected30 guinea pigs andrandomlydividedtheminto5groups (6per group).One groupservedas thecontrol,while theremaining four groups developed an HDD model using 0.05% clobetasol propionate ointment.After the model was established,one group was designatedasthemodel group,ndtheotherthreegroupsreceivedthreetreatments:topicalapplicationofPortulacaoleracea extract, 590nm intense pulsed light therapyand the combination ofthe two.Changes in skin lesions were directly observed, andhistopathologicalalterationswereassessedviahaematoxylin-eosinstaiing.Enzye-lnkedimmunosorbentassy(LIA) was employed to measure tumor necrosis factor- ∇⋅a (TNF- ∇⋅a ),interleukin-6 (IL-6),cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-14 (Caspase-14)and loricrin(LOR)expresson levels inthe lesiontissues.TheELISAresults revealed elevated IL-6andTNF- ∇⋅a expression alongside reduced Caspase-14 andLOR expresson in the lesion tissues of guinea pigs in the model group (P<0.05) In addition,IL-6 and TNF- ∇⋅a levels were reduced and Caspase-14 and LOR levels were increased in the three treatment groups, and the effect was more significant in the combination group ΔP<0.05 ).Thestudy indicatesthatPortulacaoleracea extract improvesguineapigHDDthroughanti-inflammatoryefectsandskinbarierrepair,withsynergisticenhancementwhen combinedwithintensepulsedlight.ThisstudyaimedtoinvestigatethesynergistictherapeuticeffectsofPortulacaoleracea extractadintensepusedlightinaguineapigHDDmodelandelucidateitspotentialmechansmsofaction,therebyprovidinga reference for clinical treatment.
