Abstract: Opticalcoherence tomography(OCT)is anon-invasive imaging technique thatuses visible and near-infrared light to provideetailedcrosectionalimagsofumantissewidelyusedforteexamationoffundusdiseass.CurrtlyC is mainlydividedintotwotypes:time-domainandFourierdomain,withtheFourier-domainfurtherdvidedintospectradomin andswept-sourcetypes.These types ofOCTeach have theirowncharacteristics interms ofimage acquisition methods,scaning speed,axial andlateralresolution,andimagingrange.Swept-source OCT(SS-OCT)oftenusesscaning light sources with wavelengths of 1050nm or 1300nm ,which have strong tissue penetration capabilities.Combined with faster scanning speeds andawidersaningange,itcanclearlydisplaytedepstructuresofthetiaandchoroid,demonstratinguiqueadvantages inthequantitative assessmentof thefundus.Based onrecent research advances,this paper willreviewtheapplicationof SS-OCT inocular diseases,aiming to provideareference forearlydiagnosis,elucidationofpathological mechanisms,and evaluation of therapeutic effects in ophthalmology.

自1991年光学相干断层扫描(opticalcoherencetomography,OCT)被提出以来,该技术在眼科影像领域取得了显著的成果,特别在2000—2005年间经历了飞速发展,尤其是谱域式OCT(spectral-domainOCT,SD-OCT)的问世,极大地提升了成像速度,实现了活体内的超高分辨率OCT成像,突破了成像分辨率的极限,成为该领域的一个重要里程碑[1-2]随着技术的不断发展,OCT从低分辨率的时域式OCT发展到傅里叶域式OCT,后者根据信号的采样方式分为以二极管连续光源的SD-OCT和以扫频激光为光源的扫频式OCT(swept-sourceOCT,SS-OCT)。(剩余19187字)
