Abstract：TheYanshan-TaihangshanEcologicalCulvertZoneisanimportantecologicalbarier，whichisofgreatsignificancefor guaranteingtheecologicalsecurityoftheBeijing-Tianjin-Hebeiregion．TheYanshan-Taihangshan EcologicalCultivation Zone EcologicalProtectionandGreenDevelopmentIndicatorSystemwasconstructedtoanalyethebasiccharacteristcsandoutstanding problemsoftiscologicalultivatiozonendtecoupledcorinatiodegreemodelwasusedtossessthedegreeofoatin betweenecologicalprotectionandgreendevelopment，andtheobstacledegree modelwasusedtodiagnosetheobstaclefactors，and itwasfoundthatthdegreeofcordinationbetweencologicalprotectionandgrendevelopmentwasatamedium-to-lowleveland themaininfluencingfactorsweretheamountofecologicalresources，thestrengthofenvironmentalmanagement，theproduction mode，and theeconomicscale，environmentalgovernanceeforts，productionmethodsandeconomicscale.Finall，development countermeasuresareproposedintersofrationaldevelopmentandutilizationofwaterresources，improvementofagricultural production methods，promotionof resource transformationand improvementof coordinated development mechanisms.
