Abstract:IntheChang2Memberof BlockBai266intheHuaqingAreaofOrdosBasin,theextensivedevelopmentof lowresistivityoilzoneshasresultedinighdificultyndlowaccuracyinfluididentficationToaddressthisisue,asedoaalyical techniques includingscanning electronmicroscopy(SEM)andX-raydifraction(XRD),combied withdatafromwelltesting, coreanalysis,andformationwateranalysis,thistudyconductsanin-depthanalysisofthegeneticmechanismsoflowesistivityoil zonesandestablishesamuli-parametercomprehensiveidentificationmethodlogy.First,abasicclasificationofreservoirfluids wasperformedusinganacoustictimedierenceversusresistivitycross-plot.Next,anapparentresistivityinreaseratiohartwas appliedtoeliminateinterferencefromlithologyandsalinity.Then,aninvasionfactorwasusedtoquantifytheradialesistivity dierencebetweenoilandwaterlayersFinaly,thehydrocarbon-bearingpotentialofthereservoirasverifiedusingtheacoustic timedifrenceandresistivitycurveoverlaymethod.Welltestingvalidationshowsthatthismethodachievesafluididentification accuracy of 92.9% ,efectivelyaddressing thechallengeof identifying low-resistivityoil zones inthestudyarea.It providesa reliable echnicalreferenceforreservoirfluid identification inthisregionandotherareaswithsimilargeologicalconditions.
