Abstract:Greentechnologyinnovationisconsideredtobeaneffectivechanneltobalanceeconomicgrowthandenviromental governance.Basedonthepaneldataof3OprovincesinChinafrom2O10to2O21,theSBMmodelwasusedtoestimatethecarbon emisioneffiiencyofeachprovince.Two-wayfixedeffctregressonmodelandintermediaryefectmodelwereusedtonalyzethe internalrelationshipbetwngreentechnologyinnovationandcarbonmissoneiiencyofconstructionindustryTheesultsshow that:thereisapositivecorelationbetweengreentechnologyinovationandthecarbonemissoneficiencyofthecostruction industry,andgreentchoginnovationcansignificantlyimprovethecarbonmisionefciencyofteconstructionindstryinthe easterandcentralregions.Environmentalregulationandupgradingofindustrialstructurehavemediatingeffectbetweengreen technologyinnovationandcarbonemissioneficiencyofconstructionindustry.Thetotaloutputvalue,R&Dintensityandoomic developmentleveloftheconstructionindustryarepositivelycorelatedwiththecarbonemissionffciencyoftheconstruction industry,whileteurbanizationlevelandopening-updegreearenegativelycorelatedwithtecarbonemissoneficiencyofthe construction industry.Onthisbasis,combined with theempiricalresearchesults,therelevant policyrecommendationsareput forward.
