Abstract：Greentechnologyinnovationisconsideredtobeaneffectivechanneltobalanceeconomicgrowthandenviromental governance.Basedonthepaneldataof3OprovincesinChinafrom2O10to2O21，theSBMmodelwasusedtoestimatethecarbon emisioneffiiencyofeachprovince.Two-wayfixedeffctregressonmodelandintermediaryefectmodelwereusedtonalyzethe internalrelationshipbetwngreentechnologyinnovationandcarbonmissoneiiencyofconstructionindustryTheesultsshow that：thereisapositivecorelationbetweengreentechnologyinovationandthecarbonemissoneficiencyofthecostruction industry，andgreentchoginnovationcansignificantlyimprovethecarbonmisionefciencyofteconstructionindstryinthe easterandcentralregions.Environmentalregulationandupgradingofindustrialstructurehavemediatingeffectbetweengreen technologyinnovationandcarbonemissioneficiencyofconstructionindustry.Thetotaloutputvalue，R&Dintensityandoomic developmentleveloftheconstructionindustryarepositivelycorelatedwiththecarbonemissionffciencyoftheconstruction industry，whileteurbanizationlevelandopening-updegreearenegativelycorelatedwithtecarbonemissoneficiencyofthe construction industry.Onthisbasis，combined with theempiricalresearchesults，therelevant policyrecommendationsareput forward.
