Abstract;Basedontimeseriesdataofindustryfactorendowmentreality，thispaperanalyzesevaluatesthedynamic developmentcharacteristicsevolutionlawsof‘sresource-basedindustrygrowth，synergybetweenindustryfactor endowmentstructure，synergydevelopmentcapability.Theresultsshowthat：’sresource-basedindustries haveshowna goodoveralldevelopmenttatus，ndegowthdevelopmentodeofteindustryhaveundergoneatansformationfromtesive scaletointensiveeficiencyThedevelopmentdegreeofresource-basedindustriesfactorendowmentsinshowsa continuouslyexpingdiferentiationphenomenon，thespedlevelofindustrialtransformationupgradingare significantlylaggingbehindtheimprovementenhancementofregionalfactorendowments.Theoverallsynergybetween's resource-basediurdfactodowetsistoeratelvelithtofctordoentsbsyestly higherthanthatofindustrialsubsystems.Thecomprehensivecolaborativedevelopmentdegreeofthecompositesystemoffactor endowmentresource-basedindustriesreflectsaontiuouslyincreasingevelopmenttrend，indicatingthatthcoabratie developmentabiltyofindustriesfactorendowmentsshowsagoodevelopmentprospet.Weneedtostrengthentheupdatingofthe combinationmodeofelementspromoteindustrialtransformationupgrading；strengthentheleadershipofnewquality productivitypromotetheimprovementeficiencyof industries；trengthengovermentpolicygudancepromotedustrial clusterdevelopment；strengthentheempowermentofmodernizationenhancethesafetystabilityof industries.
