Abstract：Withtheadvancementofthechinese-stylemodernizationroadof harmoniouscoexistencebetweenmanandnature，the people'secologicalneedsareconstantlyemergingandincreasinglyrich，complexandurgent.Thecoreproblemfacingchinese-style modernizationintheecologicalfieldistosolvethecontradictionbetweenthepeople'sgrowingneedforabeterecologyandthe imbalanceandinadequateecologicaldevelopment.Theneedforpeople'sbeautifulecologyis"theneedforhistoricalforatio". Theunbalancedandinadequateecologicaldevelopmentrestrictstherealizationofpeople'sbeautifulecologicalneeds.The imbalanceofcologicaldevelopmentismainlyreflectedintheimbalancebetweefelds，egios，rbanandruralareasandgroups. Theinadequateofecologicaldevelopmentismainlyreflectedinthlargegapincologicaldevelopment，lowqualityofecological suplyandinsuficientinvestmentinecologicalgovernance.Torealizethechinesestyleecologicalmodernizationstrategyand promotethebalancedandfulldevelopmentofecology，itisnecessarytogudethedirectionofbalancedandfulldevelopentof ecology with thenewdevelopmentconcept，ensuretheimplementationof thebalancedandfulldevelopmentofecologywith fair allcationofresources，andimprovethelevelofbalancedadfulldevelopmentofecologywithexcelentgovernaneefcincy.
