Abstract:Thewastematerialsfromquartzitejademiningarediscardedduetodificultiesinrecyclingandlowcontent,causing environmentalpolution.Thisstudyusesquartzitejadeasrawmaterialtopreparetobermoritebyhydrothermalsynthesis,exploring theeffctsofreactiontemperature,time,liqud-solidratioandotherfactorsonthesynthesisprocess.Inaddtion,XRDandSEM areused tocharacterizetheproducts,soastoealizetheigh-valueutilizationofwastematerials.Chosingtobermoriteasthe conversiontargethasgeologicalgenesisrationality,andcanmeettheneedsofenvironmentalprotectionadsorption,building material reinforcement and other fields.The results show that 24 0‰ ,6h,and a liquid-solid ratio of 12:1 are the optimal conditions.Undertheseconditions,thewasteconversionrateishigh,thetobermoritehashighcrystalinityandpresentsregular fibrousshape,anditsperformanceissimilartothatofproductssynthesizedfromtradionalrawmaterials.Whenthecalcium-silicon ratioisO.85,thecrystalstructureisregular,thecrystalinityishigh,andtherearefewimpurities.Impurityionssuchasion, aluminum,andmagnesium havediferentefects,butfactorssuchasreactiontemperature,pressure,and timeplayakeyrole. Performanceanalysisresultsshow that thesynthesized tobermorite hasacrystallinity higher than 85 % ,unique microscopic morphology,excelentadsorptionperformance,andlargespecificsurfacearea,withacloserelationshipbetweenchemical compositionandperformance.Thisstudycanprovideatechnicalschemeforthetreatmentofquartzitejadewaste.Inaddition,by revealingthelawof"wastecomposition-synthesisperformance",itcaninfertheindustrialutilizationvalueoforebodies,andten reverselyguide the explorationofquartzite ore bodies.
