Abstract：Theconstructionofecologicalcivilizationsocietyisinseparablefromtheguidanceofenvronmentalregulationandthe participationofcorporateenvironmentalresponsibilityThispaperfirstdefinestheconceptandconotationoftecouplingbetween environmentalregulationandcorporateenvironmentalresponsibilityperformane，thenexpoundsthebasiccontentofthecoupling mechanismbetweenthetwo，andfinallysummarizesthecouplingmodebetweenenvironmentalregulationandcorporate environmentalresponsibilityperformance，whichprovidesnewideasforhelpingenterprises toavoidthe"environmentalregulation dilemma"or"environmentalresponsibilityperformancedilemma"andrealizetheoptimizationandupgradingofenvironmental regulation policies.
