融合城市地质工程的高压混凝土管道内衬HDPE管修复关键技术流程及效益评价

Abstract:Withtheaccelerationofurbanzation,problemssuchascorosionandleakageofhighpressureconcretepipelinscaused bylong-termservicehavebecomeincreasinglyprominent.Traditional excavationrepairtechnologyhasgraduallybenreplacedby trenchlesstechnologyduetoitshighcost,longcycleandsignificantsocialimpact.TakingtheDN10oohigh-presureconcrete pipeline epairprojectinacertaincityastheresearchobject,fromtheuniqueperspectiveofurbangeologicalengineering,this papersystematicallydiscussesteprocessoptiization,qualitycontrolandngineringadaptabilityofhig-densitypolyethylen (HDPE)liningrepair technology.Throughcore processessuchasdiameterreduction traction,hotmelt weldingandcomposite flange connection,the pressure-bearing capacity of thepipeline was successfully increased from 0,3 MPa to 0.6 MPa,and it passed the O.9 MPa sealing pressure test verification.Research shows that this technology can save 53% of costs and shorten the construction period by 44% ,providing an efficient and environmentally friendly solution for high-pressurepipeline repair.At the sametime,itfullyconsiderstheimpactof diferent geologicalconditionsontheproject,enhancingtheapplicabilityof he technology in complex geological environments.
