强侧风下高重心轴箱内置城际动车组运行安全性分析

Abstract ∵ In order to evaluate the operation safety of a certaindomestic built-in intercity EMU with high center of gravity under strong crosswind and analyze its main influencing factors,a multi-body dynamic model of four-group nonlinear train is established according to the actual dynamic parameters of the intercity EMU. According to the actual aerodynamic load coefcient,the aerodynamic force iscalculatedbythe formula,and the‘China hat’ wind load modelis applied to calculate the train operationsafety and bodytilting convergence of the EMU under the strong crosswind of 25m/s and 30m/s on the straight line and when the unbalanced centrifugal acceleration is applied to simulate a curve with a cant deficiency of 110mm ,andthe simulation resultsarecompared with those of the conventional intercityEMU.The resultsshow thatthe built-in intercity

EMU with high center of gravity has worse operation safety,larger body tilting angle and worse body tilting convergence under strong crosswind.Reducing the center of gravity of the train, improving the aerodynamic coefficient and installingan anti-rolling device at the end ofthe train can efectively improve the safety of train operation.The installation of anti-rolling device at theend of the vehicle can significantly promote the tilting convergence of the vehicle body.
