航空高转速弧齿锥齿轮的行波共振特性研究

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of traveling wave resonance in the transmission processof spiral bevel gears,a study wasconductedon thetraveling waveresonancecharacteristicsofanaviationhigh-speedspiralbevelgear.Thefiniteelement model of thedriven spiral bevel gear was established,andthe modal analysisofthedrivenspiralbevelgear was performed usingthefiniteelement methodto investigatethe vibration behavior at diferentorders withintheratedoperating speed range.The nodal diameter modes of the driven spiral bevel gear were studied,anda Campbelldiagram for the first 30 orders was drawnaccordingto the modal analysis data.The speeds of theresonance points were identifiedfromthe Campbell diagram,and the resonancespeeds and resonance margins of the driven spiral bevel gear were determined.Theresults showthatthe driven spiral bevel gear exhibits six distinct nodal diameter modes within the meshing frequencyrange.At the rated operating speed of 7 626r/min ,there are resonance points between the external excitation of the driven spiral bevelgearandthe forwardandbackwardtraveling wavesofthe3rd nodal diameteraswellas the backwardtraveling wave of the 4th nodal diameter.The coresponding resonance speeds are 5218.6,6 330.9,8758.6r/min,with resonance margins of 31.57% , 16.98% and 14.85% ,respectively. Since all resonance margins exceed 10% ,the rated operating speed can meet the requirements for safe operation.The safe operating speed ranges for the driven spiral bevel gear are (204号 4575.6-<4744.2 , >7 034. 3-<7 962.4 , >9731.8-9913.8r/min ,so the traveling wave resonance can be avoided.

弧齿锥齿轮是航空传动系统中实现换向传动的关键部件,具有传动平稳、承载能力强、低噪声和结构紧凑等优势[1-2];但是,弧齿锥齿轮在高转速、重载条件下容易发生行波共振,不仅加剧齿轮接触面的磨损,同时使腹板承受周期性交变应力,造成腹板疲劳损伤,严重时会破坏腹板结构,危害整个传动系统,因此必须对航空高转速弧齿锥齿轮开展行波共振特性研究,以规避危险转速区间,提高弧齿锥齿轮传动运行过程中的可靠性、安全性。(剩余5804字)
