Abstract：To investigatethe impact and mechanism action digital economyonenvironmental governance performance，basedon the theory pluralisticco-management，a performance index system for environmental governance with pluralistic participation government，enterprise，and citizens was constructed.The entropy method was used to measure thecomposite index digital economyand environmental governance performance some provinces and regions in China from 2011 to 2O21 and analyze its spatial and temporal evolution trends.The spatial Durbin model was usedto empirically testtheimpact digital economyon environmental governance performanceand the mechanisms action.Theresults showthatthe digital economyand environmental governance performance level the selectecl provincesand regions in Chinain thestudy period isgenerallyrising，andtheorder increase iseastern，central，and westem indescending order.Intheprocessevolution，itpresentsaspatialdistributionpaternhigh intheast，lowincentralandwester regions.The digital economyhasasignificant spatial spilover efect ontheenvironmental governance performance neighboring regions，butthere isa“siphon effect”.Theconclusion still holdsafterreplacementthe weight matrix. Fromthe perspective spatialregional heterogeneity，there isasignificant spilover efectin theeastemregion but no obvious spillover relationship in the central and western regions.
