Abstract:To promote solid waste resources utilization and reduce building energy consumption,non-autoclaved aerated concrete was preparedbyusing flyash.Four-factorand four-level orthogonal experiments weredesigned toresearch effects of massfraction ofcement,mass ratioof water todry materials,massfraction of aluminum powders,and volume fraction of polypropylene fiberonfour physical performance indexes of dry density,moisture capacity,water absorption, and compresive strength of non-autoclaved aerated concrete.Optimal level groups of orthogonal experiments were determined byrange analysisand matrixanalysisoforthogonal experimentresults.Theresults showthatmassratioof waterto dry materials andmassfractionof aluminum powders are main factors affecting drydensity.Massfractionof cement is the main factor affcting moisture capacityand waterabsorption.Mas fractionof cement and massratioof water todry materials are main factors affcting compressive strength.Theoptimal proportioning oforthogonal experimentsobtained bycomprehensive range analysis and matrix analysis is mass fraction of cement of 28% ,mass ratio of water to dry materials of 0.46,mass fraction of aluminum powders of 0.22% ,and volume fraction of polypropylene fiber of 0.4% .Dry density of autoclaved aerated concrete is 634kg/m3 ,moisture capacity is 19.95% ,water absorption is 40.45% ,and compressive strength is 2.6MPa :
