Experiment on a fine-scale marine drifting buoy observation network

Abstract:An inovative marine fine-scale drifting buoyand its networked observation system were designed.The buoy hardwarefeaturedaself-developed detachable wave-resistant structureand low-power corecomponent integration technology. Withthehelpofitsdual-antennacommunicationarchitecture,thebuoywassubjectedto laboratoryandfieldlaketeststo quantitativelyevaluateitsmeasurementaccuracy,environmentaladaptability,anddatastability.BasedonLoRa-enabled distributedloTcommunicationtechnology,aninovativetopologicalnetworkingarchitecturewasused toconstructafour-node, 10km-scale 3D observation network with a packet loss rate of less than 0.1% .FFTspectral analysis was conducted to analyze datafeatures,andanoise reduction method wasproposed.Testresultsshowed that thenetwork could synchronouslycapture quasi-steady-stateoceanenvironmentaldata,providingascalablesolutionforhigh-density,multi-dimensional,fine-scale oceanmonitoring.The research results were applied in teaching practice.Inaddition,expansion toa10-node network has been planned to advance the engineering application of fine-scale ocean observation technology.
