Abstract : Synthetic aperture radar (SAR)is widely employed in geospatial mapping,national defense,and microwave remotesensingdue toitscapabityforhigh-resolutionimaging underall-weather,all-daycondions.Consequently, developing effctive jamming techniques todegrade SAR-based target reconnaissanceand identification has become a riticalchallengeinradarcountermeasureresearch.Thisstudyproposesamethodtogenerateimportancedistribution maps through spatialcoordinate transformation,capturing the spatialrelationshipsandrelativeimportanceof targets within ascene.Basedon this map,a SAR passive jamming control method is developed.A U-Net-based architecture is constructedtodesignadecision-makingalgorithmforradarjammingstrategies,aiming topriortizetheprotectionofcriticaltargetswithminimal resourceexpenditure.Simulationresultsdemonstrate thatthismethodvisualizestheinterference problembyconstructinganimportance distributionmapandusesadvancedartficial intellgencealgorithms forthecontrol anddecision-makingof passivemotion interferencedevices,achievingcolaborativedecision-makingamongmultiple interferecedevicesandsignificantlyenhancingtheinteligence levelof SARpassiveinterference.Acrossifferent scenarios,thealgorithm-generated jammingstrategieseffectivelydisrupt thetargetareas,withjamming strips fuly covering the regions of interest in each case.
